Great for Boston for sure!
By Brian
The food here is so good, and I feel healthy even eating a meatball parm because it is fresh and used with quality, homemade ingredients.
The food isn't greasy or cheap like almost all the other takeout italian/pizza parlor type places in the area. I felt like I was back in NYC discovering my new favorite spot. When they start delivering they'll make a killing to all us B.U. kids! The employees are chill too.

Lobello's Italian Home Cooking
By sam fesdoo
i am always looking for superb service and food.. I found both, along with great prices, at Lobello's Homestyle on Cypress Street in Brookline Village. Stop in, take out or cater (which is what 12 of us did recently).. You won't regret it. Delicous. Like you are home in mommas kitchen.

Great food. Refreshing
By Bill Timson
I found these guys on Citysquares.com and stopped in for lunch with my wife. Not your typical italian stop-in. Definitely will go back.

Lunch at LoBello's
By Anthony Pulleyblank
I just had lunch there with my wife and two kids. They all really loved the place. The setting is warm and inviting, almost feels like you're in someone's house with all the old photos and pieces of nostalgia (i.e. baseball glove and radio circa 1950's). The food was excellent, I had the meatball parm which was incredible. All the components were just right. My wife had linguine with spinach, eggplant and sundried tomatoes and my kids both had pasta, marinara and penne alla vodka. The guys who work there, i think one of them is the owner, are all really nice and helpful. I noticed on the way out that they had some frozen lasagnas and soups for sale. I will pick one up next time.

I can't believe I just got this food from a takeout place! The Meatballs are awesome. Real good pasta and sandwiches too.
