"sincere apology"
By
I was on the orange line tonight (8/1) when it was closed from the North station north. We were told "you were sincerly sorry, and offered an apology". But, the busses were overcrowded and took longer than the train we'd paid for.
If you really are sincere, I'd suggest that you have a person at the exit giving away Charlie tickets for some portion of our fare. For North Station to the end of the line, that should pretty much be an entire fare.
And, oh by the way, have you ever sat on the rear seat in the summer. I'm surprised I don't have 2nd degree burns.

MBTA Station Addresses
By bart
the bigest problem with the MBTA is that they do not think in terms of the tourist or others that may be unfamiliar with the system. The T needs to add the address's for each station on all its maps and media.
