Service needs improvement!

This was our 3rd visit to Tia's. Each time was not a great experience, but we gave it another shot each time. This last visit was the deciding factor that we will not be returning. We stoped by for brunch. There was no menu. We had to ask the waitress for the available brunch items. One was an Egg's Benedict. I asked what type of meat was in it. She said there wasn't any. I said that was odd for egg's bendict to be served without meat. She went to ask the kitchen... didn't return promptly..but waited on 2 other tables before she came back to us. She said ther was NO meat included, just eggs and english muffin. We ended up having sandwiches, which were OK. The pork-pulled sandwich was minimal on the meat portion. Skimpy. The turkey club was satisfactory volume-wise, but I asked if it could be served on wheat bread. They did not have any! The side of chips were served in a bag. The entire time we spent there (approx 1 1/5 hours), the waitstaff did not smile!! Not one of them. We noticed it in the beginning, and kept track as we sat there. I suggest the management have a review with the waitstaff about customer service . Unfortunately, the location is great, but the service and food presentation have little to be desired. Not a good value.
