Great resource for those relocating

We found www.bostonapartments.com to be of great help to find an apartment online. We are relocating there this summer (2004) from different locations and this site allowed us to look for apartments in the areas we were interested in, to get a feeling for what agencies had listings that were on the line of what we were looking for and a way to contact them.
One of the features I personally found useful is the possibility to look at new listings so every night I would check those and not have to go through the whole thing again.
What I missed and think would add user-friendliness to this site would be options to choose date of availability (e.g. "now", "agust", "september", etc.) as well as cost of rent so that you can focus your search more.
