best food in west somerville

give them a try. started by a great brother sister duo. the menu was created by a chef who studied in Switzerland and France. they even prepare the lunches for a French school. if steak and cheese were in high school, their sandwiches would be in college studying abroad. and they pay attention to details such as slicing out the white center part of lettuce, so you only get the greens. the staff takes your food to your table, but there isn't the traditional waiting service- or tipping by percentage, but it is nice to leave a little something at the counter. so if you're into something a little different, but with tastes you'll recognize like a long lost lover, give Soleil a try!
