Good Acts But Never Eat At This Cheerless Dump
By Mary-Beth Aldrich

Cambridge dives no doubt find it irksome that they're required to dish out some kind of food when the margins on drinks are so high, and the staff at All Asia trumpets their displeasure at this rule by marrying slap-in-your-face service with pain-in-your-gut offerings. Everything on the menu is awash in oil and highly suspect. The Mongolian beef in particular was sinewy and funky smelling. The "pan Asian" menu is heavy on American fried snacks, including French fries and onion rings, which somehow make their way into the alleged pu-pu platter. Entrée items are made from decidedly unfresh and low quality ingredients. Consume only alcohol, and, if you're really hungry, just leave. In the unlikely event they take your order, staff will also take your change as their self-calculated tip. Get me a change in management, STAT!

All Asia As A Venue For... Anything
By Bill

While a number of good acts are booked at the All Asia at reasonable cover, patrons should be advised: 1. Nothing can prepare you for how appallling the food is-it's as if someone took the chinese takeout leftovers from your dorm fridge and attempted to reconstitute them by deep frying. 2. A centrally located bar stacked with gambling machines and dispensers mean no view for half the patrons. 3. Service and atmosphere are nil.
