"When FLUX was just an idea in the back of our minds, we pictured a fun restaurant that was inexpensive. The food would be interesting, but simple. The energy from the bar, dining room and even the DJ booth would fill the space. Service would be fast and efficient, without ever being pretentious or stuffy. The dining room would be light, bright, and casual. It would be the kind of place where you can meet up with friends for a drink, stop in after the gym for a healthy meal or just grab something to eat on that night you just can not bring yourself to cook another dinner. Guess what...that is just what we created. "
