Dept of Justice coverup $300 million Fraud connected to Romney's Bain entity

Romney owned, Bain, KB, Stage Stores in 2000
the Law firms of TBF and MNAT had ongoing relationships with Bain
In 2001 the law firms secretly came in control of eToys bankruptcy, while not disclosing the conflict of being connected to Bain.
They put there own person in as CEO of etoys and then sold eToys to Bain for discounts in tens of millions while also being sneaky about more than #200 million in pre bankruptcy cash transfers and off shore cash deposits.
The Dept of Justice has refused to prosecute the matter for more than 3 years even after MNAT and TBF admitted that they supplied False Rule 2014 affidavits to the Court, multiple one's that were intentionally kept false and hidden until LaserHaas@msn.com blew the whistle.
Now it was discovered last week that The US Attorney for Delaware, that has refused to prosecute, Colm f Connolly was a partner of MNAT in 2001 when the transactions occurred.

By the way, I'm guessing Rob is the former Welducci loyalist, now Republican political consultant, so I'll have to take his thumbs down with a grain of salt...

Fun to read, and seems to know his stuff. Tons of cites to back-up his goofy charges.

Libelous? Hardly. Clearly listed as satire. Fully protected by First Amendment.

Although, since he hides behind "anonymous" is clearly either a coward or an insider.
