facial was wonderful

Laura gave me one of the best facials I have ever gotten. She was professional and seemed truly intersted in me. The spa area is relaxing and inviting.Although I did not get a pedicure, their private pedi-room looked like a place to escape. I will see Laura again.

cancelled appointments

I made an appointment for a haircut and facial at Salon Euphoria. They called me that day to tell me my facial was cancelled because the esthetician was sick. The haircut was nice, and I decided to make another appointment for a facial. The receptionist called me the day of my appointment to say that the esthetician had been double booked so they had to cancel my appointment. The first time the facial was cancelled was understandable, but the 2nd time was not. They ask for 24 hours notice if you want to cancel, but they give you less than 4 hours notice if they are cancelling on you. I had rearranged my schedule for that facial and I am not going to reschedule and risk another cancelled appointment.

I was asking my co-workers for a place to get a good cut on my lunch. Almost all recomended Salon Euphoria. I was not disappointed. Not only is the salon beautiful the staff was so nice. My hair cut was great, the stylist listened to what I wanted. I can't wait for my pedicure next week.
