Wake Up Boston!
By Sarah
The Shambhala Meditation Center of Boston offers a phenomenally valuable path for the practice of meditation in every day life. In today's fast-paced society the practice of meditation offers time and space to be simply with what is. This path of waking up is known in the Shambhala tradition as the sacred path of the warrior - warrior in the sense of being willing to wake up, and willing to engage in the world for the benefit of all beings.
Imagine a Boston in which people are happy, with themselves and each other. Imagine a Boston in which there is space enough to be at peace. Imagine a Boston in which the natural world around us is as important to us as greeting our neighbors and eating healthy food and giving our children a wholesome education. Imagine a Boston filled with powerfully awake, diverse, inspired and engaged people!
I recommend with full heart the path of meditation! Check out the Shambhala Center - you might just meet your mind!
