Sports trade that makes no sense if you are a Bruin Fan.

Stupid Bruin ownership let some seriously good hockey talent slip away. Losing Knuble, Nylander, Ralston,Guerin, Allison, MacLaren,Adam Oats and trading Bourque away rather then build a team around him is evidence that Jacobs and company are what Oats noted them to be. Then again I am still ticked at the way they messed with Brian Sunter when he was jerked from his Bruin coaching job.. I often recognize that Brian wanted to win cups not come close. He most likely knew the Bruins weren't interested in building solid cup contenders as much as hopeful also rans. Over the years I was able to adjust to Jacobs & the Bruin management greed and disloyality to players, but they have outdone themselves this time.
Tradeing away Joe Thorton only compounds my disgust for the Bruins management. The players they recieved in return couldn't carry his stick to the rink whereas Jow did represent a team leadership that did carry the bruins on lots of nights. I will never ever buy another Bruin keepsake.
I wish Joe well as I am sure that he will be known in hockey Hall of fame some day and a Canadian cup star. At least he and Kyle McLaren can share hoorow stories about Bruin managements loyality. If O'connel ,Jacobs and Sinden are remembered for anything it will be for giving Bruins fans hope at the end of a season and negotiating it away by the next fall season. Late signings are a trade mark of the Bruins management negotiations and cost valueabe points at the start of any season. I only wish I was Can Neely, Ray Borque and Don Sweeny. I would resign from the Boston Bruins good will club in the hopes of making things better between player support and the fans. The Bruin management don't deserve loyality only scorn. I feel sorry for the youngters signing for the Bruins. Seeing how the Bruins shafted the players today will certainly make them wonder about thier tomorrows.
