Poor customer service

I recently purchased a vehicle from Infiniti of Norwood. During the negotiation, I specifically asked several times if the vehicle was equipted with all the neccessary hardware for satelite radio. Each time, I was told no addition parts or hardware will be neccessary and all I need to do is contact the satelite company to activate it. Come to find out, the day I picked up the vehicle, I was told that I would need to purchase the hardware ($700) if I wanted satelite radio. After confronting the sales manager, I was amazed in how I was treated and they refused to admit that they were misleading. I was clear that all they were interested in was the sale and customer service comes last.
