"Abuse Victim Hotline, Inc. provides free, confidential legal help, preliminary psychological counseling, and referrals to victims of abuse. Services are offered nationally, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. AVH does not charge for these services, and ongoing support is available to clients well after their initial inquiry. AVH does not discriminate based upon any characteristics and provides support to victims of physical, emotional, sexual, and financial abuse."
