Service at Saturn of Medford

I just returned from Saturn of Medford in Massachusetts where I had one of the worst experiences of customer service I think I have ever had. My husband brought my Saturn in last Wednesday because it had failed inspection. He gave them the inspection report, they had the car for 8 hours, charged us over $700, and when we called to pick it up they said everything was fixed. However when we took it back to for the repeat inspection it again failed as a reflector was still missing and a light was still out - both clearly marked on the original report. So I took my car back to Saturn of Medford where I was poorly treated, told that it was the fault of the person on Wednesday not his, made to wait while they fixed the problem, and then told my time was worth an entire $6 discount and that really I should be happy with that because had it been done on Wednesday I would have paid the full price. This is after I of course had to return and again wait while my car was fixed. The receptionist then yelled at me for being sharp with her (it wasn't her fault she pointed out which is indeed true but doesn't leave much room for customer service) and I left feeeling I had been victimized. My family owns 4 Saturns and up until now I have happily recommended Saturns to everyone. Given this experience however, not only will I not be returning to the dealership, I'm not sure I will be recommending
Saturn again.
