Moving to Grafton

I am going to be working in Grafton area. I want to live around my work so that I can drive to work everyday in 20-30 min.what areas I should look into for apartments, also what are the taxes like around this area?? I am moving from Ohio and we pay state and city taxes here, I can find state tax rate as 5% on websites but could not find city tax rates.
