Does anyone know why there were 20 police officers, crime scene tape and those little cones with numbers on them today?

It looked like a shooting or something, and the street was impossible to drive down...but I couldn't find anything on the news.

The police looked happy & were joking with each other, which made it look not-so-serious...but the number of police and all that CSI stuff made it look serious.
